Services
 

Neighborhood Scoopers provides residential & commercial pet waste removal services within our service area.
 

Access to Property
 

Customers are responsible for ensuring we have safe access to the service area during scheduled visits.

If we cannot access the yard due to locked gates, aggressive animals, or other obstacles, the visit may be reschedule.
 

Pets
 

For the safety of everyone involved, aggressive or potentially dangerous dogs should be kept indoors during service.

Friendly dogs are generally welcome while we work.
 

Scheduling
 

Service appointments are scheduled in advance.

Customers may request changes or cancellations by contacting us before their scheduled service.
 

Weather
 

We operate in most weather conditions.

Service may be delayed or rescheduled during severe weather, including lightning, dangerous storms, or unsafe conditions.
 

Payment
 

Payment is due at the time of service.
 

Satisfaction
 

If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns.
 

Property Care
 

We treat every property with care and always secure gates before leaving.

Customers are responsible for identifying any hidden hazards, damaged fencing, underground utilities, or unsafe conditions.
 

Limitation of Liability
 

Neighborhood Scoopers is not responsible for damages resulting from hidden property defects, unsafe conditions, aggressive animals, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
 

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.
 

Service Area
 

Services are available only within our designated service area.
 

Changes
 

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this website.
